Welcome to Hotel Pocna, located inside Parque del Jaguar, a protected nature reserve in Tulum. This is not just a hotel: it is the Pocna experience. It is waking up to the sounds of the jungle, walking barefoot to the beach, biking steps away from the ancient Mayan ruins and watching the sunset over the trees.
No crowds, no chaos: just nature, calm and soul. This is the real Tulum, and Pocna is right at its heart.

Getting here and around the park
We recommend coming by bike or scooter: easier arrival, faster parking, and you help protect the park. No bike? Rent one in Tulum town, or take a taxi to the entrance and hop on a golf cart ($20 MXN adults, $10 MXN kids).
Inside, Parque del Jaguar offers hop-on, hop-off shuttles just steps from Pocna. You can also enjoy the 2 km bike path; we rent bikes at reception. The shuttles connect to the 360° Scenic Tower, museums and shops, bike trails, viewpoints and the archaeological zone.
The archaeological zone
The archaeological zone of Tulum was once a Mayan city overlooking the Caribbean. From Pocna you can walk there or take the park's shuttle. We recommend bringing a hat, comfortable shoes and water, since most of the visit is outdoors.
